Payments and Invoicing

Payment Schedule: Fees are agreed upon in the Project Agreement. Standard terms often require an upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) before work begins.

Third-Party Tools: We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party APIs, hosting providers, or plugin updates that occur after the project is handed over.
Termination

By Client: You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.

By Company: We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these terms (e.g., non-payment) or behaves in a way that makes the project impossible to complete.
Governing Law
