Replicated and improved every flow rather than lift-and-shift
A migration is the single best opportunity a lifecycle program will ever get to fix what isn’t working. We audited every Listrak flow, rebuilt them in Klaviyo with current best practices, and improved performance on each in the process.

Integrated 13 external data tools into the new Klaviyo + Shopify stack
The ecosystem around the ESP — reviews, loyalty, subscription, helpdesk, attribution, and more — had to come over cleanly. We mapped and tested every integration before cutover.

Used the migration as a list hygiene event
Migrations are also the only moment a brand can credibly clean its list at scale without losing engagement signal. We hygiened the database during migration, dropped unengaged contacts that were dragging deliverability, and emerged with a healthier, more responsive list.
The Outcome
The migration completed without a single minute of revenue disruption — the bar for any ESP move at this scale. The new program is more flexible, the team is faster, and the list is healthier than it was on Listrak.Most importantly, the brand now has an ESP that won’t be the bottleneck on the next phase of growth.
